Refund policy

1. 30-Day Return Policy

We proudly offer a 30-day return and refund policy. You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused or only minimally handled.
  • The item should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
  • All included accessories and components must accompany the returned item.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Products intentionally damaged after delivery

3. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will review your request promptly and arrange an appropriate resolution.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing generally takes 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

5. Exchanges

We currently offer replacements for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect products shipped
  • Products damaged during transit

Please contact our customer support before returning any item.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs whenever applicable.

For returns due to customer preference, customers may be responsible for return shipping expenses according to local postal rates.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing.

Once an order has been prepared or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
